Get Well Soon

2 days ago, Ferrari F1 driver Felipe Massa, was struck by a 1.5 pound loose spring from a Brawn GP car. At those speeds, to Massa it felt as if it weighed 1,500 lbs. He was then dazed, and he crashed into a tire wall head on at 60 mph. He is currently staying at a Hungarian hospital. He needed emergency surgery for a skull fracture. They say he will recover in time for the next race 4 weeks from now in Spain (European GP 2009).
Get Well Soon Felipe!!

Trip to Indonesia

This is my dad about to get shot by a friend

Recently we just got back from a 5 week long trip to Indonesia. The 60 hours of flying was intense. Traffic was horrible. But the country of Indonesia is amazing. We went to an adventure park where we played rounds of paintball and rode ATV's. We explored the cities and landscapes. The area we stayed at was my mom and my home town, Bandung. Overall the trip was great.

Monaco GP

Last Weekend was the Monaco GP of F. It was an exciting race, the lead going back and forth from Brawn to Ferrari. But in the end Brawn took the 1-2 finish. I was expecting more cars out of the race but most drivers hung in there. The next race will take place in Turkey.

Winter Concert

Last night, the Kennedy Middle School beginning orchestra, beginning band, intermediate band, and advanced band played their last concert of the year. I, in the advanced band, am the 1st Trumpet. We played Norland March, Kenya Contrasts, and the Highlights from the Star Wars Saga. It was an amazing performance.

Spanish GP

At Alonso's home GP, Button won(again), his Brawn GP teammate, won 2nd making it a Brawn 1-2. In third was Australian Mark Webber and his teammate Vettel got fourth for a Red Bull 3-4. Hometown hero Alonso finished 5th for Renault and after being in third, Massa suffered a mistake made by Ferrari in having barely any fuel on board at the end of the race. He finished 6th. Meanwhile, the other Ferrari of Kimi Raikonnen suffered a throttle related mechanical failure. I can't wait for Monaco two weeks from now, that should be an action filled race.=)

Bahrain GP

Finally, Ferrari's Kimi Raikonnen scores Ferrari's maiden points in the Bahrain GP, while this was going on Button won the race, again. And Massa was stuck in the back of the feild after a nose change to the car at the start. Hopeful Sebastian Vettel finishe 2nd and Jarno Trulli 3rd. The next race to come is the Spanish GP in BArcelona, it should be exciting.

What is up with this car??!!

The new Chrysler Peapod is a new electric car. It can go up to 30 miles on one 6 hour charge at a max speed of 25 mph?! I think there is no point in this car. If you want to get an electric car, get a Prius or an Insight.

China GP Results

Another pointless race for Ferrari (no pun intended). Red Bull Racing scored their first win and 1,2 finish with Vettel on top and Webber in 2nd.THe promising Brawn GP finished right after them in 3rd and 4th. And Ferrari still have yet to score a point! Massa was close but his Ferrari had an electrical failure, and Kimi finished tenth with a wounded engine. The next race is a Ferrari domination venue, Bahrain, so I expect Ferrari will score points.
